1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or submitting an application or entry on nexoraglobalgrant.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction. Programs are void where prohibited by law.
3. Applications
All information submitted must be accurate and verifiable. Nexora may request supporting evidence and may decline or withdraw any award if information proves inaccurate.
4. Promotional programs
No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. Entries are submitted through your account only. Winners are selected through an independently audited random process and verified before announcement.
5. No wallet connectivity
Nexora does not provide wallet connectivity and will never request a wallet connection, seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key or wallet password. Any such request is fraudulent.
6. Ecosystem references
Third-party names or marks shown as ecosystem references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or official partnership unless explicitly stated and authorized.
7. Account conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Duplicate, automated or fraudulent submissions may result in suspension.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced through the platform announcements page.
